1. Orders

  • All placed orders are treated as confirmed. Once an order is processed or dispatched, changes cannot be made.

  • Orders with incomplete details may be cancelled.

2. Order Refusals

  • Beauty World PK reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, particularly in cases where customers have a history of refusing Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments.

  • If a customer has refused delivery multiple times in the past, we may restrict or block future orders.

3. Shipping & Compensation

  • We strive to deliver your products securely, but no refunds or compensations are offered for shipping charges under any circumstances.

4. Shipping Damages

  • While we take every precaution to ensure safe packaging, delicate beauty products may sometimes arrive damaged during transit.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately upon receipt via social media or email.

  • Damaged items are not eligible for return or exchange. Instead, we will issue a discount voucher to compensate for the damage, processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Product Information & Usage

  • Products listed on our Site are available for purchase and delivery within Pakistan only.

  • Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are valid within Pakistan.

  • All products should be used in accordance with their instructions and ingredient lists. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please check labels before use.

  • Beauty World PK is not a medical provider; we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before using products if you have concerns.

  • Purchases are strictly for personal use. Reselling of products is prohibited, and we reserve the right to limit or cancel orders that appear to violate this policy.

Any content (reviews, comments, messages, or uploads) that you share through our Site or social platforms is solely your responsibility. Beauty World PK is not liable for user-generated content.
